WEEKLY CLASSES AVAILABLE:

ALL levels of experience welcome!

 

Classes offered: 

  • BenchJoin Coach Chai, Ryan or Sam for bench class to improve your bench technique as well as accessory work for your chest, shoulders, and triceps.
  • Deadlift:  Learn proper deadlift form and improve your posterior chain with accessory work focusing on glute activation and hamstrings.
  • Squat:  One or more of our four coaches will help you with proper squat form and additional posterior chain work.
  • Conditioning: Led by Coach Chai and Coach Rachel, our conditioning classes provide an engaging, high intensity cardio workout guaranteed to make you sweat!
  • Odd Object Movement: Modeled after the Strongman workouts, our Odd Object movement classes will provide the perfect accessory work to target muscle weakness and provide a more balanced training approach.
